Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing and maintenance processes and requirements.
  • Design Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Maintenance solutions tailored to meet client needs.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud applications to support manufacturing workflows, maintenance schedules, and related processes.
  • Lead and participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Functional Expertise:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Maintenance modules.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on configuration, setup, and best practices.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and project teams.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead implementation projects, managing scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Develop test scripts and scenarios for manufacturing and maintenance processes.
  • Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Resolve issues identified during testing and ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
  • Documentation and Training:
  • Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Maintenance solutions.
  • Document and communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, with a focus on Manufacturing and Maintenance modules.
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementation experiences in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud applications, particularly in Manufacturing and Maintenance modules.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, maintenance management, and related supply chain functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud configuration, setup, and data migration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
