Onboarding appropriate law firms and counsels to save cost as well as to safeguard the Company’s interests.
Experience in handling legal matters relating to Civil, Criminal & Consumer forums;
Briefing counsel and attending effective hearings in litigation matters
Tracking of litigation matters and appraising management on the updates in timely manner.
Monitoring of Legal MIS to internal teams.
Liasoning/Co-ordinating with various Law Firms for obtaining opinions as and when required by internal teams.
Knowledge about stamp duty related laws and computation of stamp duty.
Replying to legal notices received by company either internally or externally through counsel.
