About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO strategy, team management, and performance marketing, with the ability to drive measurable growth in traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic for company websites.
  • Manage and mentor the SEO team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee on-page and off-page optimization, including content, backlinks, and technical SEO.
  • Collaborate with the content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
  • Develop and execute local SEO strategies to strengthen brand visibility in the Indore region.
  • Plan and manage SEO budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven SEO experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO, schema markup, site audits, and mobile optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with real estate, IT, or service-based industries is a plus.
