Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Chennai, Madurai, or Coimbatore. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring up to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, with a mandatory skill in social media advertising, to drive our marketing strategies and enhance our brand presence. Qualifications and Skills Social Media Advertising (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to create and manage effective ad campaigns on social media platforms. SEO: Proven experience in optimizing content and websites for search engine visibility and improved ranking. Google Analytics: Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance, gain insights, and make data-driven marketing decisions. Content Strategy: Ability to develop engaging content strategies that resonate with the target audience and align with brand objectives. To handle Promotions, awareness camps, Shows, ATL, BTL Activities, Mall, Apartment, Corporate Activities Email Marketing Platforms: Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns to increase reach and engagement. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insights to optimize marketing strategies. A/B Testing: Expertise in setting up and analyzing A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of marketing tactics and optimize outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. To handle Promotions, awareness camps, Shows, ATL, BTL Activities, Mall, Apartment, Corporate Activities Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve marketing objectives and maximize ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure brand consistency. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy development. Analyze campaign performance and consumer behavior to refine marketing approaches and drive continuous improvement. Oversee the development and distribution of engaging content across multiple channels to increase customer engagement. Monitor trends and innovate marketing strategies to remain competitive in the insurance brokerage industry.
