Sap PPQM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled SAP PP/QM Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), including hands-on work with SAP S/4HANA. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, system configuration, and ongoing support of SAP solutions to optimize production and quality processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects for PP and QM modules.
• Conduct requirement gathering, blueprinting, solution design, configuration, and unit/integration testing.
• Perform system configuration in SAP PP and QM based on business process requirements.
• Provide L2/L3 support and manage incident and change request handling in a production environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, CO, and ABAP) for solution integration.
• Document functional designs, prepare training material, and conduct user training sessions.
• Ensure data consistency and quality across modules during migrations or enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing system enhancements.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP PP/QM on S/4HANA.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and support.
• In-depth knowledge of production planning, demand management, MRP, shop floor control, and capacity planning.
• Expertise in quality planning, inspections, notifications, results recording, and quality certificates.
• Experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations (including one on S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, CO, and third-party applications.
• Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical/ABAP teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
