We're a team of doers, builders, and storytellers on a mission to connect the unconnected and make broadband truly accessible. We're looking for a Videographer who can capture our journey - from field installations to customer stories - and bring the Dabba story to life through compelling visuals.As a Videographer at Dabba Network, you'll be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing video content that showcases our technology, people, partners, and customers. Your work will help tell Dabba's story across social media, marketing campaigns, events, and internal communication. Responsibilities: Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots for marketing, social media, and internal documentation. Capture high-quality video footage in various environments (field installations, customer interactions, office setups, etc.). Edit videos into short-form and long-form formats optimized for the Dabba website. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand project goals and create impactful visual stories. Add graphics, subtitles, animations, and sound effects as needed. Manage video equipment and ensure proper setup, lighting, and sound during shoots. Maintain a library of video assets for easy access and reuse. Occasionally travel to on-site locations (LCO partners, customer sites, or field projects). Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in videography and video editing. Strong command over editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Basic understanding of motion graphics and color grading. Ability to shoot in dynamic, real-world environments with minimal supervision. Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and creative storytelling ability. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup environment.
