Role Objective:

A key objective of this position is to develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support organizational objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute effective marketing campaigns across various platforms.


Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related fields.

Seeking a proven track record in marketing communications, possessing excellent strategic planning and execution skills.

Ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in coordinating with agencies, managing digital marketing initiatives and have a strong understanding of SEO and social media management.

Exceptional communication and project management abilities are essential for success in this role.

Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

Prior experience in pharma or medical devices is preferred.

Basics of designing and content development.


Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing communication plans in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Clinical Affairs and Vice President of Global Strategy.

Oversee and supervise the work of SEO agencies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving improved SEO performance.

Coordinate with social media consultants to develop monthly social media plans and enhance the social media presence of the company's accounts.

Develop and modify corporate profiles, corporate films, and presentations for stakeholders.

Update company websites as needed to improve SEO presence and share information on new product launches.

Create various marketing materials including brand names, product boxes, brochures, graphics, videos, posters, advertisements, and logos, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and stakeholder approval.

Regularly update the Brand Style Guide to maintain consistency across all communication channels.

Ensure regular updates of the Biotech Connect App to provide relevant information to stakeholders.

Liaise with media agencies and news websites to announce product launches.

Participate in product launch plans and execute necessary tasks and activities.

Edit and upload videos on various channels such as YouTube and EyeTube as required.


Marketing Support:

Maintain a lead register/log and share leads with the CRM/BD team regularly.

Execute major conferences by creating checklists, coordinating with stakeholders and conference authorities, and ensuring successful implementation.

Coordinate with and manage agency partners effectively.

Develop annual marketing budgets and quarterly payment/expenditure plans, obtain timely approvals, and coordinate with the marketing support team for issuing necessary work orders and payments to vendors.

Overseeing a team comprised of two members: a Digital Marketing Executive and a Graphic Designer, with reporting responsibilities to the Head of Marketing and Clinical Affairs.
