Job Profile:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
• Ensure warehouse processes run smoothly, meeting all KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRAs (Key Result Areas).
• Lead and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring high performance, proper training, and development.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels with regular cycle counts and audits, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment, following best practices for warehouse safety.
• Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction, setting regular review meetings to track performance and explore growth opportunities.
• Use data and key metrics to continuously enhance operations and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years managing daily warehouse operations and leading teams.
