This is an exciting role and would entail you to• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and enhance the quality of output.• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, materials, and lighting setups for use in advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy, realism, and adherence to brand guidelines.• Manipulate and modify existing 3D assets to fit specific project needs, including resizing, retexturing, and optimizing for various platforms and formats.• Apply advanced rendering techniques and post-processing effects to enhance the visual quality of 3D assets and achieve desired artistic outcomes.• Assist in the integration of 3D elements into live-action footage, ensuring seamless integration and realistic compositing.• Collaborate with animators and motion graphics artists to create visually captivating and engaging 3D animations and visual effects.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D assets, software, and rendering processes, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in 3D design, animation, and rendering, AI and share knowledge and best practices with the team.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, allocating resources effectively and maintaining effective communication with cross-functional teams and clients .
You will be working closely withOur global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high-quality services.
This may be the right role for you if you have• 6-9 years' experience as a 3D Generalist, preferably within an advertising agency or production studio setting.• Bachelor's degree in computer Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).• Expertise in industry-standard 3D software, such as Autodesk Maya, 3D Studio Max, or Cinema 4D.• Proficiency in creating high-quality 3D models, textures, materials, and lighting setups.• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling principles.• Experience with advanced rendering techniques and post-processing effects.• Solid knowledge of compositing and integrating 3D elements into live-action footage.• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
