Selection Process HR Interview Assignment Technical Interview Management Interview You are cool if you have: Experience in the education industry (curriculum design, career counselling, or edtech). Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation, audio/video editing, or automation. Hands-on knowledge of authoring tools (for building interactive e-learning content). Experience with LMS platforms and content workflows. Prior experience in designing psychometric assessments (added advantage). Keen interest in the evolving edtech space. Roles & Responsibilities Product Development & Program Design Product Development : Ideate, design, test, and refine products aligned with organizational goals. Program Design : Create and evaluate educational programs, ensuring measurable outcomes. AI & Technology Integration : Use the latest AI tools to design and enhance products (e.g., workflow automation, learning content, personalization). Multimedia Development : Explore audio/video tools to produce engaging, interactive program content. LMS & Authoring Tools : Create, adapt, and publish content for Learning Management Systems using authoring tools to ensure scalability and interactivity. Program Management Conduct and oversee online and blended programs. Ensure smooth implementation, participant engagement, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective program delivery. Market Research Educational Research : Track evolving approaches to career exploration and upskilling. User Research : Interact with students, educators, and partners to identify emerging needs. Industry Research : Stay updated on trends in edtech, AI adoption, authoring tools, and digital learning. Training Educate Business Development teams on product and program offerings. Train collaborators and facilitators to deliver programs effectively. Strategic Planning & Data Analytics Align program goals with the organization’s mission and vision. Use data-driven approaches to evaluate performance, improve efficiency, and scale impact. Design effective tools and dashboards for capturing, analyzing, and using data.
