Job Title: Cloud Native Engineer (Amazon Connect) Location: Bengaluru, India Experience Required: Minimum 12 years Education: 15 years full-time education Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Native Engineer with deep expertise in Amazon Connect to design, deploy, and optimize cloud-native solutions that accelerate application development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate cloud tools and frameworks, and lead implementation strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and scalability. The role demands strong technical leadership, solution thinking, and hands-on cloud engineering experience. Key Responsibilities Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of cloud-native tools and architectures Act as an SME for Amazon Connect and related AWS services Guide and mentor engineering teams to drive performance and cloud adoption Make architectural decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams Integrate best-practice CI/CD, automation, and containerization techniques Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and drive innovation across teams Monitor tool performance and continuously optimize cloud environments Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of experience in Amazon Connect and cloud solution engineering Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and serverless computing Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and modern container ecosystems Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills Preferred Skills Programming skills in Python , Node.Js , or Java Experience in AWS , Azure, or GCP cloud environments Hands-on experience integrating cloud-native communication platforms Soft Skills Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration Passion for innovation, automation, and cloud transformation
