Your Mission, Your ImpactLead HR Strategy and Operations : Develop and execute human resources strategies that support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization in areas including talent management, organization effectiveness, workforce planning, Appraisal, employee engagement, capacity planning, etc.Team Leadership : Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing HR team to deliver outstanding results.Policy and Program Development : Enhance organizational human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.Recruitment and Staffing : Oversee a robust recruitment process that attracts top talent, including job requirement updates, multiple rounds of interviews, candidate selection, and onboarding programs.Reinforcing our reputation among prospective talents as a leader in the digital landscape.Performance Appraisal Management : Direct the performance appraisal process, coordinate evaluations, and provide coaching to resources on performance feedback and disciplinary actions.Budget Management : Plan, Develop, and manage the HR budget aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.HR Legal Compliance : Maintain legal and statutory compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.Continuous Training, Learning, and Development : Maintain a solid process of continuous learning and development for the resource pool utilizing qualified trainers. TNI Identification, training schedule, feedback management, skill matrix review, etc. are involved.Maintain a strong grievance redressal process.Enhances the organisation’s Human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

We're Searching for Someone WithMinimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in progressively responsible human resource roles.Minimum 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role.Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT/ Software Industry.Ability to build strong working relationships with Operations and various departmental HODs.Sound experience and process knowledge of Headhunting including niche profiles.Be able to communicate, concisely, and accurately orally and in writing.Ability to Multitask, prioritise, course correct, and meet deadlines promptly.Strong organisational and follow-through skills.Proficiency with various HR tools and services. Also with Microsoft Word, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
