Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Kochi. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing hiring strategies, conducting and coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skill
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in the consulting or staffing industry is a plus
- Experience in Banking Industry is also an added advantage.
- Candidates should be from commutable distance to Cochin.
