About the Role Sheopals Pvt. Ltd., a leading brand in Ayurveda, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, and Personal Care products, is looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end telesales hiring for both inbound and outbound sales processes. The candidate will focus on building a strong multilingual telesales team capable of handling product sales across India in regional languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, and Marathi. This role requires an expert in bulk hiring who understands telesales dynamics and can identify high-performing candidates for Ayurvedic, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, and Personal Care product sales. Key Responsibilities • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for telesales and inside sales positions. • Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies for Ayurveda, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, and Personal Care sales processes. • Hire candidates for inbound and outbound telesales roles across multiple languages and regions. • Source, screen, and interview candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and local recruitment drives. • Evaluate candidate skills in sales communication, persuasion, and target achievement. • Maintain a strong pipeline of telesales candidates to meet ongoing hiring demands. • Coordinate with sales heads and team leaders to forecast manpower needs. • Oversee onboarding and induction of newly joined employees. • Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring trackers. • Work closely with management to strengthen telesales team efficiency and retention. Required Skills & Qualifications • 2–5 years of experience in telesales or sales hiring (Ayurveda / Healthcare / Nutraceutical / Personal Care domain preferred). • Proven expertise in bulk and regional language hiring. • Strong knowledge of telesales profiles and performance metrics. • Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.) and social recruitment platforms. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven HR environment. • Understanding of HR onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes. Preferred Background • Prior recruitment experience in Ayurvedic, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, Personal Care, or FMCG telesales. • Familiarity with inbound/outbound call center operations. • Hands-on experience in regional language telesales recruitment. • Experience managing high-attrition telesales environments with proven hiring success.
