Role - Gen AI / NLP SME

Experience : 8+ years

Qualification : B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech

Certifications in Gen IA, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Data Science

Location : Mumbai


Required Skillset:

• 8+ years of experience in application of NLP / Gen AI and deep learning algorithms in the healthcare domain

• Experience on popular LLMs, different techniques like RAG, reinforcement learning, Vector Db and accuracy improvements

• Understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data

structures and modeling

• Ability to effectively design software architecture

• Deep understanding of text representation techniques (such as n-grams, bag of words, sentiment

analysis etc), statistics and classification algorithms

• Knowledge of Python

• Ability to write robust and testable code

• Experience with machine learning frameworks LSTM, Spacy, Keras and libraries (like scikit-learn)

• Strong communication skills

• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities

• Experience at giving estimates and project plans

• Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies


Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI solutions with high accuracy for the problems at hand

• Discussing technical aspects of the solution architecture including the methodology followed with the customer

• Preparing technical solution and architecture documents, artefacts, work products and

presentations for the customer

• Successful (high quality, on time) project delivery

• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices

• Understanding user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.

• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.

• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.

• Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of

rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.

• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.

Research and evaluate a variety of software products.

• Java, R

• Cloud app development experience using microservices architecture.

• Server client communication protocols like REST and webSockets

• Understanding various non-functional aspects in web application design and provide a solution to optimize performance, scalability etc.

• DevOps tool chains, cloud DevOps

• Strong understanding & experience with Design patterns, Data Structures

• Experience in web application front end development using Angular, Javascript technologies

• Experience in TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, NLP
