Role Overview:

As an IT Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the Back End and Front End of our project. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Job Requirements:

Strong understanding and experience in Object-Oriented technology and standard Java development frameworksExtensive knowledge of

Core Java, Advance Java, Hibernate modern Spring Frameworks

(Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.)Experience in Microservices architecture and

REST API DevelopmentExperience and proficiency in

Kubernetes, kubernetes operators,containers and Linux

operating Systems. Also an understanding of Kubernetes Deployment strategies Kubernetes environments and cluster management is must.Must have hands-on experience with API gateways, ingress/egress gatewaysStrong knowledge of

Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker and Json

and experience with cloud computing platforms AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.Strong Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) experience using Jenkins or any other CI/CD tool (must have)Good Knowledge and experience on

Mysql, PostgreSQL, Java 17, JUnit and Web-based development, React JS(Mandatory).Knowledge of working on Application performance and monitoring is mandatory and knowledge of SMPP and CPaaS is good to haveExperience with pragmatically matching technical solutions to business needsExperience in testing with JUnit/ Selenium or MockitoStrong collaboration, communication, coaching and leadership skills

Preferred Background:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science or IT a related disciplineExperience implementing a role-based security model and configuring permissions and privilegesExperience developing enterprise(B2B) applications that support high traffic volumesHands-on experience with cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, kubernetes)Considerable development exposure to Linux, Message broker , Message Routing, integration, Spring Integration patternsExperience in

AI/ML, Telecom domain/ CPaaS domain is good to haveCandidate having

Google RCS (Rich Communication services )

good to have (not mandatory)Basic knowledge of StrutsHave handled, lead and managed the IT teamExperience in project management software such as:

Jira/Azure/Notion/AgileAdvance knowledge of socket and thread based programming
