The role requires working within an Agile SAFe framework to deliver robust, scalable, and high-qualityCNMS solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and enhanceOSS/NMSsystems for resource management, service monitoring, and fault management.• Lead technical design and integration for Lightspeed network management solutions.• Collaborate with vendors and ensure solutions align with industry standards.• Maintain comprehensiveCNMSdocumentation for transparency and operational efficiency.• DevelopYANG modulesfor modular resource and fault management functions.• Design and maintain automated test suites forCNMS validation.• Define and enforce network security standards; contribute to system-level modeling.Required Skills & Experience:•5–10 years of experience in technical design and development roles.•Expertise in Layer 2/3 protocols, gRPC/gNMI/gNOI, HTTP/2, and mTLS.• Strong programming experience inPython 3.x and BDD-based test frameworks.• Hands-on experience with Linux environments, containers, andYANG/NMTS XML, YAML, JSON .• Familiarity with Netcracker, ONAP, Blue Planet, or AmdocsOSS/NMS tools.• Knowledge ofIP, MPLS, SR-MPLS, Ethernet, VLAN, MEF, and TMF standards.
