Professional Skills & Qualifications: -
B-Tech in Electronic & Communication from a reputed regular collage 4 year course.
Experience: Minimum 4 year PLC programming in a System House/ system integrator, as a PLC programmer.
Industrial Experience Nature :- Must be Working with Any System Integrator of below mention PLC Brand, NO Maintenance & Machine Tool Builder Line Experience will be considered.
Key Skills: - PLC PROGRAMMING PREFERANCE IN - SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI, and ALLEN BRADELY.
MUST HAVE GOOD HOLD IN PLC, HMI/ GOT, SCADA PROGRAMMING, VFD PROGRAMMING.
Advance programming like all communication, protocol, RS 232, 485, Ethernet, Ethercat, Modbus, and Profinet etc. Programming of Servo Motors, Robot, CNC.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1- Develop Machine Logic/ Program in PLC as per defied requirement, Panel Testing, PLC I/O Testing, Trouble shouting.
2- Study panel drawing & suggest changes if req.
3- Testing of Machine at factory.
4- Installation of machine at Site.
5- Commissioning of machine at site.
6- Prepare Documentation of Control & Ladder drawing.
7- Prepare Flow Chart.
8- Open for travelling.
Candidature to be Avoided:-Candidate from Maintenance background, any product Servicing company.
