Job Responsibilities:
As a Junior Architect , you will:
- Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to design and deliver base build architecture projects from concept to construction.
- Develop and refine architectural drawings, models, and details using REVIT (BIM) and AutoCAD .
- Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp , Enscape , and other rendering tools to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Produce high-quality presentations and graphic materials using Photoshop and other graphic tools.
- Assist in preparing construction documentation, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Research materials, products, and construction techniques to inform project designs.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and project timelines.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in REVIT BIM and AutoCAD .
- Strong skills in SketchUp , Enscape , and Photoshop for 3D modeling, rendering, and graphic presentations.
- Basic understanding of building codes, construction methods, and architectural principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other design tools like Rhino, Lumion, or Illustrator is a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building certifications.
- Experience with working on base build or large-scale architectural projects.
