Role
The purpose of this role is to be an Individual Contributor for developing, customizing, maintaining and supporting Oracle applications as per requirements of the business.


What is expected out of you?
 

Should be able to use the tools of EBS like PL/SQL, Reports, XML Publisher, Interfaces, Conversions and Extension

Should work on Oracle table structures, API's, Schemas, Oracle open interfaces.

Having Oracle Cloud/Fusion Skills such as – BI Publisher,OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, Data Loads which includes FBDI, HDL, and FRS reports to support Oracle Application development would be an added advantage
Should be able to gather and document customer’s development requirements.
Should understand customer requirements and prepare the required deliverables.
Should analyze the problems and provide solution to troubleshoot the complex process and technology issues.
Should work with Business Analysts and Business users to resolve customer support issues within Oracle EBS and Project deliverables.
Should develop technical specifications, and process flow diagrams.
Should translate the functional design into technical deliverables.
Should be responsible for Technical Documentation and Training users.
Should be responsible for delivery of specifications, which includes Testing.
Should work with the leads in designing the solutions.
Should be able to interact with customers directly, if required.
Should have the ability to work on multiple assignments, if required.
Should be capable of mentoring the trainees.

What should you possess?

Education qualification: Prefer Computers or any Graduate
A minimum of - years of experience relevant to the Oracle EBS. Experience with Fusion Technical skills would be an added advantage.
Hands-on Experience in EBS Skills such as - SQL, PL/SQL, RICEW components and other areas including XML publisher etc.
Cloud/Fusion Skills such as – SQL, PL/SQL, and Data Loads which include - (FBDI, HDL), BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports and FRS reports.
Hands-on experience in either/combination of the EBS/Fusion modules like HCM or SCM or CRM or Financials or Manufacturing.
Possess sound knowledge in forms or OAF or ADF, but not mandatory.
Possess good knowledge/experience in AIM or OUM Methodologies.
Possesses good experience in Agile or Scrum Methodologies.
Should possess hands-on experience in application setups and testing unit/integration/user acceptance.
Possess expertise in delivering functional solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
