Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the global product management of the divisions and ensure a product management approach that is close to the business.
  • Coordinate all product management activities for board presentation, and ensure implementation of agreed product programs.
  • Steer the product management leaders of the various product groups to develop integrated business and marketing plans.
  • Ensure a regular coordination with the whole value chain (RandD, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics) on design, distribution and product specifications/changes.
  • Ensure significant contributions to the development of the product marketing strategy.
  • Ensure constant observation of relevant product markets (detailed competitor product analyses, competitor strategy analyses, technology, market development, etc.).

Your Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management
  • 10 to 15 years
