The ideal candidate will be adept at leading project teams, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements. ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; create detailed project plans and set milestones.Resource Coordination: Allocate and manage resources efficiently, working closely with team members and department leads to ensure project needs are met.Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and guide project teams to drive productivity and collaboration, fostering a positive work environment.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders; provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns.Budget Management: Track and manage project budgets, ensuring costs stay within agreed-upon limits while maximizing value.Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client or stakeholder expectations.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, action items, and project outcomes.
QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. PMP or Agile certification is a plus.Proficiency with project management tools (such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira) and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to managing issues.Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and deliver results within tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders at all levels.Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
