Position - Sr. Manager/ Manager - Demand & Supply Planning - Sales & Operations(Fashion Industry)

Location- Mumbai

Qualification- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain management

Experience- 10-12 yrs of relevant Exp.(From Fashion or Apparel industries)

Candidates must have from the Fashion industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate monthly channel-wise line gender-wise demand forecast aggregation, including consensus between functions and stakeholders.- Collaborate with Sales to ensure that overall supply, critical orders, and core / new line / Ecom line demand forecasts are included in the aggregate demand.- and. Notify Sourcing and Logistics of significant forecast or capacity changes on a timely- Review and analyze the forecast demand/supply versus actual demand/supply and propose solutions to meet the target.- Consistently communicate with Sourcing and sales about season-inwards plan changes, new capsule forecasts, and demand updates.- Propose workable solutions to resolve key supply-demand gaps or demand service issues taking inputs from Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Sales.- Analyse and update timely and accurate season forecasts every month.- Assist with the coordination, facilitation, and documentation of regularly scheduled planning meetings- Develop statistical forecast models and deploy tools where applicable- Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and S&OP processes.- Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined met- Lead network optimization process to reduce inventory and maximize demand service.
