As an Online Community Building Intern

Are you passionate about fostering a sense of belonging and engagement within a vibrant community? Join our Community Building Team to shape the experiences of our members and contribute to a thriving environment of growth and collaboration.

What is expected of you?

1. Mentoring : Responsible for connecting with school students to understand their drivers and how to make the best from the VONG movement activities. Designing and executing strategies and tactics to enhance the participation of Students in community activities Understanding the motivation and preferences of the community members towards community activities and enabling the creation of tailored experiences that resonate with their aspirations.2. Culture Building: Foster a culture where students feel safe and included in a vibrant and engaging community atmosphere.3. Motivation Mapping: Onboarding Process Planning: Ensure seamless integration of new joiners to your house community.4.

Insightful Feedback: Gather and share insights from the community to inform product design and engagement strategies.5.

Deploy Performance Frameworks: Contribute to the design of a system that measures every aspect of participation. Develop frameworks to assess student performance and recognize outstanding contributions, which in turn enhance participation. And implement this framework too.

- Passion for community-building and fostering connections.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Organized and detail-oriented approach to planning and execution.- Creative problem-solving abilities to enhance member engagement.- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.- Interest in gaming and gamification is an added plus- Empathy and understanding to ensure inclusivity.

Duration

6 Months

Stipend

- Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months- Rs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4 months, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above- Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above- The above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment
