Remoat Teams ( is seeking detail-oriented editors to review AI-generated transcripts for multiple accounts.

Job Details

• This is a fully remote role
• Remoat Teams have multiple clients, you may get assigned to any one of these clients at any time (doing Transcription Editing work).
• This is an independent contractor agreement paid monthly (once a month on the 15th via bank transfer).

Responsibilities

• You will ensure transcripts meet accuracy and formatting standards per our guidelines. Responsibilities include:
• Verifying terminology is correct
• Fact-checking details through research
• Formatting transcripts per style guidelines
• Proofreading final transcripts
• Meeting strict deadlines

Qualifications

• No educational qualifications - just as long as you can pass the screening tests.
• Ability to focus meticulously on tasks
• Research skills to verify transcript accuracy
• Wide English vocabulary
• Business acumen
• Familiarity with legal or finance knowledge (depending on account)
• Sharp listening abilities
• Above average ability to understand from context
• Ability to clearly comprehend meaning from audio
• Quick learner of new software tools

Important Job Details (Please Read)

• For now, this role is not open for part-time yet. But, we can still receive your application and notify you once we are able to onboard part-timers.
• For now, the only shift schedules are: 2AM to 11AM (they will start at this during training first month) AND 4AM to 1PM (some of them will move to this shift after a month, others will stay at 2AM shift)
• The monthly rate for this remote role is strictly between 35k to 50k INR. Topnotchers during the screening process can get up to 60k.
• You must have your own computer, internet, and quiet workspace.
• Comprehensive paid training provided on our methodology and AI tools. Continuous development opportunities on latest AI advances.
• Payment is sent via bank transfer once a month on the 15th.

We are not going to lie

The screening process is robust and it has enabled us to hire the best of the best candidates who have the right skill levels and attitude for the role. Be prepared to go through 3 testing stages (all remote). The last stage is a paid trial where you will be paid to participate in a trial period of 4 days.

Experience does not guarantee success in the screening tests. We've had students and fresh graduates pass the test and excel on the job.
