Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated
Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
to oversee the maintenance of machinery and electrical systems within our manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations by performing preventative maintenance, addressing technical issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and carry out the maintenance of machinery and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.Coordinate with the production team to maintain operational efficiency.Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team.Keep records of all maintenance activities and prepare necessary reports.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI in Electrical.Proven experience in maintaining machinery and electrical supply systems in a manufacturing setup.
Desirable Experience:
Experience in the
Tin Can Industry
(preferred but not mandatory).Background in
automobile ancillaries , with expertise in maintaining power presses, assembly lines, and printing setups.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience with electrical systems, power distribution, and industrial machinery.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Effective communication skills.Familiarity with safety standards and practices in an industrial setup.
