Welfare Officer

Location: Morinda, Plant Number of Position: 1 Job Role: Ensuring a positive work environment and maintaining worker’s health, safety, and hygiene factors  Also, the welfare of workers by continuous communication with the factory management and workers. Responsibilities and Functions:     Employee Welfare & Engagement: Implement and monitor statutory welfare measures under the Factories Act and other labour laws. Organize and oversee employee welfare programs and engagement initiatives. Conduct grievance redressal and ensure fair treatment of workers. Compliance & Liaison: Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and Contract Labour Act. Maintain liaison with government and labour welfare authorities. HR & IR Operations: Support HR operations including audits, manpower planning, and data management. Collaborate with internal departments and vendors for welfare-related activities. Prepare reports, presentations, and trackers   Safety & Statutory Reporting Assist safety officers in maintaining a safe working environment. Maintain all statutory returns. Guide workers on how to communicate with stakeholders to bring the most out of the factory facilities.Job Skills & Competencies: Negotiation Skills Interpersonal Skills Value for customers Influence & Management of Change  Education:              Degree/Diploma in Social Science, Labour Studies, Industrial Relations, HR, or Social Work. Experience: 4 plus years
