Job Title: MBA HR Fresher - Recruitment Intern

Location: Chennai

Duration: 3 Months (Internship) with Possibility of Full-Time Conversion Based on Performance and attitude. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Candidate Sourcing:


  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future recruitment needs.
  • Screening and Shortlisting:


  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates meeting the job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  • Interview Coordination:


  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Support:


  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
  • Provide support in organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
  • Candidate Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Reporting and Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment metrics and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Education:  MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Attributes:
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
