  • Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Oversee industrial relations, maintaining a positive relationship with unions and employees.
  • Provide guidance on labour laws and best practices to ensure legal compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes in an automotive industry setting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10-16 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Contract Labour Management, Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance, and Labour Laws.
  • Proven track record in managing complex HR projects and initiatives in the Automobile/Automotive Component industry.
