About the RoleThrillophilia is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Partnerships Associate – Domestic Partner Relations to expand and manage our partnerships network across India. This role is ideal for someone who loves to travel, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.As part of our Partnerships & Alliances team, you will play a key role in partner acquisition, negotiations, and end-to-end relationship management — driving impactful collaborations that strengthen Thrillophilia’s presence across domestic destinations.Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands across India.- Conduct on-ground meetings, present partnership proposals, and close deals aligned with business goals.- Represent Thrillophilia at roadshows, tourism events, and industry trade forums.- Support Tier-2 and Tier-3 city expansion by identifying potential destinations and partners.- Collaborate with internal teams — product, marketing, and supply — to ensure timely execution of deliverables.- Monitor partner performance, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure continuous engagement.What We’re Looking For- 2–6 years of experience in partnerships, client servicing, or business development (preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality).- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground engagement.- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.Why Join Thrillophilia- Work directly with state tourism boards, attractions, and top hospitality brands.- Be part of India’s largest online experiences and travel marketplace.- Drive partnerships that directly shape India’s domestic travel growth story.- Exposure to a dynamic, high-growth, and travel-driven work culture.
