What You'll Do:

• Create and manage virtualized demo environments, ensuring they accurately represent production environments and meet the needs of sales demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs).

• Manage virtualized environments using technologies such as OpenStack

• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters to highlight cloud native applications capabilities

Provide technical support to sales consultants during their demonstrations and POCs, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth execution of presentations.

• Perform demo environments backups and restores, safeguarding critical data and configurations to ensure continuity of demo operations

Develop Cloud Native use cases, leveraging modern technologies such as Kubernetes and serverless computing to showcase the capabilities of our solutions in cloud environments.

• Build custom Grafana dashboards to visualize performance metrics and key indicators, providing stakeholders with actionable insights into the performance and effectiveness of our solutions.

• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance

• Perform regular upgrades and maintenance on demo platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest software versions and patches.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or DevOps roles

• Proficiency in Linux system administration

• Experience with virtualization technologies docker, podman, OpenStack

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automating tasks and managing infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployment and management

• Familiarity with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications and deployments

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Jenkins

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging technologies (., Prometheus, ELK stack)

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Hands on expertise on Oracle OCI and / or Oracle Communications applications is a plus.
