Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced 
Senior Scheduler
 to join our Project Controls team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 
Primavera P6
 & 
Oracle Primavera Cloud
, with 
5+ years of experience in U.S.-based projects only for scheduling
in the 
construction industry
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using 
    Primavera P6
     &
    Oracle Primavera Cloud
    .
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and timelines.
  • Analyse project schedules and provide recommendations for optimisation and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare schedule reports, updates, and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with U.S. construction scheduling standards.
  • Track milestones, critical paths, and resource allocation to support timely project completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience
     in project scheduling for 
    U.S.-based construction projects (Multi Family)
  • Proficiency in 
    Primavera P6
     and 
    Oracle Primavera Cloud
     is a must.
  • Strong understanding of 
    U.S. project scheduling
     and 
    construction methodologies
    .
  • Excellent English Communication.
  • Ability to work independently and in coordination with global teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
