About the role:

The Corporate IT Associate will be responsible for supporting the company's internal IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both administrative and support roles within Microsoft 365 environments and a solid background in tech support for both Mac and PC platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

    • Administer and support the company’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
    • Manage user accounts, licenses, and access permissions to ensure security compliance and operational efficiency.
    • Monitor system performance, prepare regular reports on usage and security, and provide recommendations for improvements.
    • Implement and maintain security policies and procedures, including data governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide end-user support and training to ensure efficient use of Microsoft 365 applications.
    • Stay updated with new Microsoft 365 features and capabilities, recommending upgrades and changes to enhance productivity and collaboration.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services, working closely with Microsoft support as necessary.
  • Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
    • Fulfill technology support requests from staff, responding promptly to help desk tickets.
    • Configure and deploy Mac and PC devices, and troubleshoot hardware issues.
    • Manage cloud accounts and software licenses across various platforms.
    • Test and deploy new software solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
    • Carry out basic networking requests and maintain network stability.
    • Engage in ongoing training and educational activities to stay current with industry practices.
    • Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned or required.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field

Desired Experience:

      • 4-5 years of experience with Mac and PC troubleshooting and support.
      • Experience with MDM solutions such as Jamf and Intune/SCCM.
      • Experience administering and supporting Office 365/Google Workspace.
      • Familiarity with Okta/Microsoft Azure or other identity management/SSO platforms.

      • Familiarity with the command line interface and ability to troubleshoot mobile devices.
      • Detail-oriented and responsive to requests, with a patient and friendly demeanor.
      • Willingness to find reasonable solutions to complex problems.
      • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
      • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on meeting user needs.

Shift timings : 9:00 AM to 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.
