Job Description :


- Database Strategy and Architecture: Develop and maintain the overall database architecture, data models, and schemas for all database systems to ensure they meet business needs and performance requirements.

- Solution Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and manage database solutions, including RDBMS, NoSQL database, data warehouse, data lake, data lakehouse, Data Vault, Data Mesh, and other relevant technologies.

- Performance Tuning and Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize database performance and capacity planning to ensure high levels of data availability and security.

- Data Governance and Security: Develop and enforce policies for data governance, security, and compliance, ensuring that database systems are secure from unauthorized access and that data is protected.

- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT teams, including developers, data analysts, and system administrators, to provide guidance on database design, integration, and optimization. Offer technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders on database solutions.

- Technology Evaluation and Adoption: Research, evaluate, and recommend database technologies and tools that can improve the performance, scalability, and functionality of database solutions.

Requirements Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in database design, implementation, and administration, with a focus on solutions architecture.

- Strong knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS), NoSQL databases, and data warehousing principles.

- Experience with database modeling, data mining, and performance tuning techniques.


- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.

- Proficient in SQL and experience with database programming languages such as PL/SQL or T-SQL.

- Experience with Apache, Flink, HUDI, Spark, TiDB, etc.
