We are seeking a passionate and skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of technical issues ensuring they are resolved with accuracy, efficiency, and long-term stability. This position calls for a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take complete ownership of reported technical issues, driving them to resolution while upholding the highest quality standards.
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex issues, deploying effective solutions that address root causes.
  • Escalate critical issues following established operational protocols, ensuring timely resolution in line with our service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Document resolutions thoroughly, contributing to an evolving internal knowledge base to streamline future issue handling.
  • Create and maintain technical notes, guides, and articles to promote knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure SLA commitments are consistently met, prioritizing issues based on severity and impact.

Required Qualifications :

  • 5–6 years of proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong track record of technical proficiency and problem-solving.
  • Solid foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms, enabling effective and innovative software development.
  • Expertise in Java, with hands-on experience in Spring Boot and REST API development to build scalable, high-performing applications.
  • Prior experience in a technical support, IT support, or technical engineering role, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong SQL programming skills and proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and DB2 databases for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient data solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, ensuring positive and professional interactions.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential for effective collaboration and clear documentation.
