Key Accountability 1: Lead the preparation and implementation of the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) in compliance with the World Bank's Environmental and Social Framework (ESF)

Ideal Person Specification
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, 05 years of similar experience in social screening, preparation and implementation of Resettlement Action Plan, GBV, Community and Workers Health and Safety etc
- Experience in World Bank or other development partner - funded projects is essential. Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in developing ICT systems for project monitoring
Has the demonstrated ability to consistently:
