Description

The PB Tech Apprentice – Mumbai, will work closely with our experienced IT professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop a deep understanding of our IT applications and systems. Recent graduates who have a strong technical aptitude and are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your key responsibilities

Assist with Application Management : Help manage and maintain IT applications, ensuring they run smoothly. Support and Troubleshooting : Provide technical support to users, helping to resolve application issues. Documentation : Keep accurate records of application configurations and changes. User Training : Assist in creating and delivering training materials for users. Project Participation : Work on projects like application upgrades and new implementations. Quality Assurance : Help test applications to ensure they work correctly. Continuous Improvement : Suggest ways to improve application performance and user experience. Compliance and Security : Ensure applications follow company policies and industry regulations. Collaboration : Work with other teams to ensure successful application delivery and support.

Your skills and experience

Qualifications:

Educational Background : A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputed university. Technical Aptitude : Strong interest in IT applications and systems. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyze problems and find solutions. Communication Skills : Good verbal and written communication skills. Team Player : Ability to work well in a team. Attention to Detail : Careful attention to detail. Adaptability : Willingness to learn new technologies.

Skills:

Application Knowledge: Familiarity with IT applications. Programming Languages: Basic knowledge of programming concepts and/or any programming language such as C, C#, Java, Python or SQL. Database Management: Understanding of database systems and SQL queries. Networking: Basic knowledge of networking concepts. Cybersecurity: Awareness of cybersecurity principles.
