What we are looking for

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively partner with multiple stakeholders like Delivery, Product and others for timely invoicing
  • Apply payments of invoices in the financial/ accounting systems
  • Prepare and account for credit notes in the financial/ accounting systems
  • Contribute to the automation of the payment application process to enhance efficiency
  • Understand and manage the complexities of unbilled revenue, deferred revenue, and promotions accounting
  • Assist with financial audits, including preparing reconciliations, providing support documentation, and communicating with external auditors
  • Assist with activities related to period-end close, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Drive continuous improvement and Business Process Improvement ("BPI") initiatives throughout Finance and the wider organization

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Applicants should have cleared their Foundation/CPT and IPCC in their first attempt and must have articleship experience in Big 4 or other reputed mid-size firms.
  • Strong academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
