Responsible for seamless service delivery post integration and ensuring performance metrics meets the existing benchmark of Bunge's standards. Service Delivery excellence for PTP activities within the Invoice Processing CoEContinuous focus towards process improvements by ensuring positive trend of key KPI's for PTP against the previous year baselineStandardization of processes in line with global operating model adopting best practices and ERP functionality alignmentAutomation of transactional activities through identification of tasks, successful deployement of automation tools like RPA, AI, ERP IntegrationSubject Matter expertise to represent PTP functional area in discussions with GPO, Transformation teams evaluating possible process transformations. Make decisions aligned to Bunge’s global strategy, business needs and financial goals and explore new perspectives by driving innovation.Cultivate strong relationships and networks, effectively influence others, and develop talent to excel in their current and future roles.Develop data driven strategies aligned with Bunge’s priorities, energize others to action through clear and compelling communication. Strong End to End Knowledge of PTP functional Domain, MIS reporting skills to capture & report KPI's, data insights depicting health of the process. Strong SAP, VIM, Concur & SRM knowledge to enable standardization on global scale. Awareness of applicable SOX & Statutory controls across PTP sub functions applicable as per local & USGAAP.
