The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing business or operational projects across different departments. This role is suitable for candidates from non-IT backgrounds who are interested in building a career in project coordination and management. Key Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager or senior management in day-to-day project operations. Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate between internal teams (HR, Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to ongoing projects. Schedule meetings, maintain project trackers, and follow up on pending tasks. Identify potential risks or delays and communicate proactively. Assist with process improvement initiatives and project documentation. Required Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset. Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Team player with a proactive attitude. Eligibility: Any Graduate (BBA, BA, B.Com, etc.) or MBA (preferred). Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in coordination, operations, or project support.
