As the Salesforce Developer, your responsibilities will be as follows: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price,Quote) solutions to streamline sales processes. Working with Copado / Gearset including supporting deployment of developers tickets, supporting consistency across sandbox environments and demonstrating best practices. Provide expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud to optimize customer service operations or e-commerce capabilities. Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and customization activities. Mentor junior developers and provide training to team members on Salesforce best practices and new features. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and recommend improvements to existing systems. Required Skills: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or related subject Minimum of 4 years of extensive Salesforce development experience. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Copado Fundamentals 1 and 2 certification or equivalent certifications. Knowledge or Experience required: Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and customization. Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools Hands on experience working with Copado / Gearset (DevOps tools) Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools. Working knowledge of Jira, and Confluence Strong experience in configuring Salesforce to meet business needs. Excellent documentation skills to ensure clear and comprehensive records of development activities. Familiarity with working using Agile methodologies Experience in mentoring and training team members on Salesforce best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
