Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in configuration, deployment, and fine-tuning of Siebel CRM

- Hands-on experience with Siebel IP17 and IP19.x

- Proven experience in performance tuning

- Proficiency in working with operating systems such as Linux and Windows

- In-depth understanding of Siebel Enterprise Architecture and Best Practices

- Hands-on experience with Siebel configuration (UI Layer, BO Layer, and Data Layer)

- Expertise in workflow and eScript

- Experience in configuring inbound/outbound web services and JMS

- Hands-on experience with Siebel Open UI (PM and PR)

- Experience configuring Assignment Manager criteria and workflow

- Knowledge of server management tasks

- Experience with Siebel Marketing Campaigns

- Proficiency in Siebel Lead Management and Service Request modules

- Experience with Java is a plus

- Banking knowledge, especially in campaign management

- Experience in both retail and corporate domains
