Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced International Business Development Manager to join our team at Beacon Group India. As the International Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our global reach and driving strategic business growth in international markets. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The job is based in Navsari, Gujarat, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an International Business Development Manager or similar role, with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of international business practices, market trends, and regulations
- Experience in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry, with a focus on hematology and medical devices
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills
- Ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel internationally as required
- Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in other languages such as Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential international clients, distributors, and partners
- Lead the business development process, including market research, analysis, and strategic planning
- Develop and implement international sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in international markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities, performance, and market insights to senior management
