Overview


We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter with expertise in hiring Salesforce professionals. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for various Salesforce roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce roles and technical expertise, combined with the ability to engage with top candidates and deliver an exceptional hiring experience. The Technical Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates efficiently while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:


· Talent Sourcing: Source and engage top Salesforce talent through job boards, LinkedIn, Salesforce communities, and networking to

identify passive and active candidates. Actively source and engage qualified Salesforce professionals for various technical roles. Leverage Salesforce talent communities, events, and networks to identify potential candidates and build a pipeline of Salesforce professionals.

· Candidate Screening: Conduct technical screenings to assess Salesforce skills and qualifications (e.g., certifications in Salesforce Admin, Developer, etc.).

· Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, administer technical tests, and facilitate feedback loops with hiring managers. Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

· Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.

· Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Salesforce professionals for current and future roles. Create and

maintain a network of technical professionals and keep up to date with industry trends.

· Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.


Requirements:


· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment. (at least1-2 years in Salesforce hiring

preferred).

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms and certifications.

· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to evaluate technical skillsets (e.g., software developers, engineers, system administrators, etc.).

· Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to build relationships with both technical candidates and hiring managers.

· Knowledge of the latest trends in tech recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
