At 89 Solutions, our core values are: · Be outcome driven · Have fun · People over profit Responsibilities ---------------------------- As a Senior Technical Consultant: You will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform (on-the-job training) Work on new Moveworks implementations for customers (greenfield projects) Build AI agents on the Moveworks platform using Agent Studio (brownfield projects) -- Conduct technical analysis and workshops with customers to design the integrations for these AI agents -- Prepare Solution Design document for the AI agents and their supporting integrations -- Lead successful implementation of the AI agents & integrations by working closely with your team as well as key customer stakeholders (application admins and architects) Utilize your software development skills to enhance 89 Solutions’s product portfolio Work closely with international colleagues and customers (largely U.S. based) Have fun along the way This is a great role to learn Moveworks - the leading enterprise Agentic AI platform - that is going to soon become part of the ServiceNow ecosystem. Qualifications ---------------------------- 3+ years of back-end software development experience in Python Experience with solution design, preferably for integrations. Experience with creating solution design diagrams to effectively convey your designs (e.g. data model diagrams, data flow diagrams, component diagrams, C4 diagrams, component diagrams, sequence diagrams). Experience working closely with software/enterprise architects Strong experience with APIs and integrations - -- Understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP) and authentication mechanisms (e.g. OAuth2, JWT) -- Understanding of JSON & XML -- Experience using API tools like Postman or Insomnia  -- Experience with middleware/iPaaS tools preferable Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or similar areas Excellent written and communication skills Great technical documentation skills Analytical thinker and good problem-solving skills General understanding of AI technologies and terminologies Bonus Points for ---------------------------- Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services company Development experience on at least one cloud platform – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP) Experience building integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP suite, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle etc. Open-source software contributions or personal/hobby software projects
