You are passionate about inspiring a team and clients alike through your craft.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop the creative execution, ensuring the outputs meet the high standards of the studioOversee multiple projects / workstreamsWork with existing clients to explore new opportunities and projectsContribute to external initiatives and promotion of the agencyInspire the rest of the studio through their initiative and best practicesOccasional travel to client sites across the globeManaging, mentoring and line managing the team, making sure regular 1-2-1’s and reviews are completed for team development .
