Exp Range - 5-8 yrsLocation - Kochi, Indore, PuneResponsibilities:Design, develop, and implement Service Now Security Operations (Sec Ops) modules including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence.Collaborate with security teams to integrate threat intelligence feeds, vulnerability scanners, and SIEM tools with Service Now.Customize and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to meet security operation requirements.Develop and maintain integrations with third-party security tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Splunk, QRadar).Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Support upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of the Service Now platform.Key Responsibilities:Strong understanding of Service Now platform architecture and Sec Ops modules.Experience in Java Script, REST/SOAP APIs, and Service Now scripting.Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Skill Requirements:-Strong hands-on experience with Service Now SAM Pro.Deep understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, etc.).Experience with Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide API).Familiarity with CMDB and Discovery integration.Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Must Have skills:5+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now development.3+ years of experience specifically in Service Now Sec Ops.Proficiency in Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules.Experience with integration of security tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Splunk).Strong scripting skills in Java Script and Service Now Glide API.Good to have skills:- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response or Vulnerability Response.Experience with Threat Intelligence module and MITRE ATT&CK framework.Knowledge of CMDB, ITOM, or GRC modules.Exposure to cloud security and Dev Sec Ops practices.Experience with automated playbooks and SOAR capabilities.
