Our expertise spans multiple industries, enabling us to offer tailored solutions for diverse business needs.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand & Creative Strategy Manager to lead our brand initiatives and drive compelling storytelling for our clients — particularly in the education and service sectors.The ideal candidate will develop and manage brand strategies, oversee creative campaigns, and ensure consistent, high-quality brand communication across all touchpoints.This is an on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, digital, and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Creative Strategy- Define and evolve the brand identity, positioning, and tone of voice across digital, print, and on-ground channels.- Develop creative strategies for campaigns that enhance brand awareness, admissions, and community engagement.- Partner with design, performance, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.- Guide internal and external creative teams on visual direction, messaging, and storytelling.- Utilize data and audience insights to shape impactful and relevant campaigns.- Own and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brand integrity at every touchpoint.Copywriting & Content- Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for ads, landing pages, brochures, videos, and social media.- Craft communication that connects with both emotional and rational triggers of parents and students.- Develop campaign taglines, storytelling frameworks, and brand narratives.- Review and edit content across teams to ensure consistent tone and messaging quality.- Collaborate with designers to create cohesive and visually aligned campaigns.Requirements- 5–8 years of experience in brand management, creative strategy, or copywriting — ideally within education, D2C, or service-led brands.- Proven ability to balance creative storytelling with performance-driven goals.- Experience leading creative discussions and providing actionable feedback.- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills across multiple formats.- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach — comfortable switching between brand decks and ad headlines.- Confident communicator, able to present ideas and narratives to senior stakeholders.Nice to Have- Experience in school, edtech, or education-related branding.- Understanding of regional and cultural nuances in parent and student communication.- A portfolio demonstrating both creative excellence and measurable strategic impact.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.- Expertise in Brand Strategy, Marketing, and Brand Management.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.- Proven experience in brand development and campaign execution.- Additional certifications in branding or marketing are a plus.Interested candidates can send their resumes to:
