JOB DESCRIPTION Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Specialist to lead the design, execution, and optimization of sophisticated marketing campaigns while managing data integrations and operational processes. This role combines technical expertise in marketing platforms with a strategic approach to data management and process improvement, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development & Execution • Build, develop, and optimize personalized omni-channel marketing campaigns and programs with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and website content updates.• Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications including Email Studio, Mobile Connect, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Web Studio, leveraging Web Studio for website content management and updates.• Develop and execute thorough QA test plans for both marketing campaigns and website changes, proactively identifying and resolving bugs and issues.• Maintain and optimize campaign journeys and website experiences for performance, deliverability (email & SMS), and user engagement, ensuring compliance with spam/privacy regulations.• Support platform updates, system health reviews, and content publishing schedules; manage user accounts.• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting, platform integrations, and website-related technical issues (e.g., Acoustic, Google Campaign Manager, CMS platforms).Data Management & Operations • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine data and integration requirements.• Manage list segmentation, audience targeting, and marketing automation workflows.• Support business reporting solutions, monitor channel health, and analyze message volumes.• Participate in sprint planning and delivery management using tools like Jira.• Identify and implement efficiencies in operational processes, maintaining thorough documentation of workflows and system integrations.• Manage day-to-day marketing data, CRM, and technology systems integrations (Salesforce, SFAE, ZoomInfo).• Troubleshoot data inconsistencies, system workflow gaps, and platform issues.• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Digital Services, Marketing, and Sales teams to align technology and campaign goals.• Stay current with platform updates and emerging marketing technologies.• Develop and deliver training and documentation to internal teams to enhance platform adoption and campaign execution. • 2-4 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar omni-channel marketing platforms (Braze, BlueConic, Acoustic).• Proficiency in programming and templating languages: AMPscript, SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid.• Proven expertise with Marketing Cloud studios (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder) and CRM integrations (e.g., Marketing Cloud Sales Cloud).• Strong data analysis skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau.• Experience managing segmentation strategies, lead scoring, and campaign optimization.• Familiarity with marketing automation programs, system integrations, and operational process improvements.• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Strong project management skills and ability to work productively in fast-paced, agile environments.• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement approach.
