Responsibility

  • CreatingTSA (Target State Architecture) &BOM (Bill Of Material) sample is attachedbelow.
  • Responsible for taking an appteam from initial kickoff through all stages of cloudmigration.
    Achieve monthly quarterly and annual targetsfor number of applications moved to the cloud.
  • Drive multiple applicationssimultaneously through various stages of Application cloudmigration.
  • Develop a robust plan (derivedfrom standard steps in Cloud migration factory) execute on thesame.
  • Responsible for timely delivery;manage accurate and most current (on daily basis) workschedule.
  • Manage risks assumptions issuesand decision logs (RAID) mostly technical in nature. Escalate in atimely manner and drive consensus and/or technical decisions acrossteams to eliminate blockers.
  • Conduct kickoff for ApplicationTeams at beginning of Application Migration and communicate withall the stakeholders.
  • Strong solution orientation toenable expedient troubleshooting issueresolution and rootcauseremoval.
  • Strong critical thinking andproblemsolving skills.
  • Proven execution/delivery withcloudbased and on prem automationtools.
  • Organizing kickoffs formigrations of applications from on prem tocloud.
  • Ability to follow standardizedsteps for migration factory.
  • Ability to work underpressure.
  • Ability to work well effectivelywith teammembers with effective interpersonal verbal and writtencommunication skills.
